Qualification and Training Department is responsible DJI’s mission at the level the qualification and training for the judiciary and justice professionals, as well as legal officers and community members in general, through planning an execution of innovative operations and practices to offer and execute qualification and training programs that suits the development requirements of judicial and prosecution systems in Dubai and support them with a series of activities and events that enhances exchange of expertise, spread of knowledge, and convoying development of artificial intelligence related to justice work.
Training programs vary according to the requirements of governmental institutions and includes other training activities focused newly issued and updated laws and legislations.

TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TMS)

The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) launched the Training Management System (TMS), one of the smart systems in the Training Operation Department which serves the pillars of the training process including the trainer, the trainee, training courses and others. The application offers several services including:

  • Online registration of trainees for training programs through a password;
  • Online registration of departments and institutions for their employees through a password;
  • Informing applicants in programs of the possibility of registration or informing them that the number of people in the programs is completed;
  • The opportunity to search training programs and services without registration with a password;
  • Marketing programs and services offered by DJI, including training programs, professional diplomas, conferences, forums, and publications of DJI;
  • Identifying monthly programs held by DJI;
  • Identifying all program details regarding content, trainers and venues;
  • SMS text messaging through the electronic application;
  • Evaluating the training programs by the trainees and the ability to make suggestions and feedback;
  • Reports of the monthly bonus of trainees with all details; and
  • Online reports related to the database of training and statistics related to the training and assessments of trainees

Individual Recommendations: Register at TMS as a new user
Payment: within 3 days prior to program start date

GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS IN 2020

Out of our strong belief in the essential role of DJI to continue supporting judicial and prosecution systems through providing their training requirements during Covid-19 pandemic and qualifying judicial and legal professionals with the modern technologies and tools that help them practice their roles in the most efficient way possible, and to maintain social and economic balance during the pandemic, we have doubled our efforts at the Qualification and Training Dept. and achieved an unsurpassed results in the total number of trainees, reaching a total of 2665 trainee, with 69% increase compared to 2019 results.
