The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) launched the Training Management System (TMS), one of the smart systems in the Training Operation Department which serves the pillars of the training process including the trainer, the trainee, training courses and others. The application offers several services including:
- Online registration of trainees for training programs through a password;
- Online registration of departments and institutions for their employees through a password;
- Informing applicants in programs of the possibility of registration or informing them that the number of people in the programs is completed;
- The opportunity to search training programs and services without registration with a password;
- Marketing programs and services offered by DJI, including training programs, professional diplomas, conferences, forums, and publications of DJI;
- Identifying monthly programs held by DJI;
- Identifying all program details regarding content, trainers and venues;
- SMS text messaging through the electronic application;
- Evaluating the training programs by the trainees and the ability to make suggestions and feedback;
- Reports of the monthly bonus of trainees with all details; and
- Online reports related to the database of training and statistics related to the training and assessments of trainees
